“Indulgence” is such a good word to use when you subject yourself to a nice treat. It basically means indulging yourself into something, indulge, according to Answers.com,it means:
The reason why I thought of this word is that… I indulge myself with very nice and tasty Haagen-Dazs ice cream dessert yesterday night (replacing dinner though, so that I wouldn’t eat too much)… This is such a sin, yes, i’d call this as a sin - Gluttony, which is one of the seven deadly sins (i.e. capital vices or cardinal sins), one of its meaning is: “overindulgence of food and drink”. Oh, yes, I do. Otherwise how could you explain this and these?
