I have sprained my second toe last week (I know this is weird but somehow I managed to) and therefore I have to stop practicing = wearing high heels

I miss my pole so dearly that I couldn?t stop myself from striking a little pose - Sit on Pole…. But on a cable car in the Ocean Park Hong Kong. I know this sounds kinda nuts (and I could hear people from the other cable car screaming when they saw me doing that…)

Anyway, i will (and I have to) start practicing soon otherwise I would loose all my pole strength!

I’ve changed the header from the fireworks taken on National Day (China) 2006 to me doing the Superman pose :p Think this reflects better to “Climbing up the pole”

the advanced 2 class started about 2 weeks ago, and i’m still trying dead hard on the shoulder mount and caterpillar… (oh, inverted thigh hold and superman too). I won’t be able to attend the last lesson and i’m sooooo scared now >.<
